According to Cointelegraph, a cryptocurrency-focused media outlet, Roni Cohen-Pavon, the former Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Celsius (CEL), has reached an agreement with U.S. prosecutors, leading the court to announce a delay in his sentencing.

Previously, he had pleaded guilty to four charges, including manipulating the CEL price, and agreed to cooperate with the prosecution's investigation.

In this regard, the court explained that it approved the prosecution's request to delay Roni Cohen-Pavon's sentencing until after the sentencing of former Celsius CEO Alex Mashinsky in April.

Meanwhile, Roni Cohen-Pavon's sentencing was initially scheduled for December 11.
