According to Whale Alert, a cryptocurrency transaction tracking site, around 10 PM on the 16th, 800 million XRP was withdrawn from Binance to an external wallet. Earlier, around 3 PM on the same day, another 800 million XRP was withdrawn from Binance to an external wallet.
It is generally known that the more a specific coin is withdrawn from a cryptocurrency exchange, the higher the possibility of a price increase for that coin.
