FTX, Chapter 11 Reorganization Effective Date January 3, Initial Distribution Within 60 Days

According to Unfolded X (formerly Twitter) on the 16th (local time), FTX announced that the effective date of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection (corporate rehabilitation) reorganization plan will be January 3, 2025 (local time).

The initial distribution is expected to occur within 60 days from this date.
