According to Bitcoin Magazine, a cryptocurrency-focused media outlet, Max Keiser, Bitcoin advisor to El Salvador, stated, "President Bukele of El Salvador has significantly expanded daily Bitcoin purchases and has set an interim goal of acquiring an additional 20,000 Bitcoins."
Currently, El Salvador's Bitcoin holdings amount to 5,980.77 BTC, valued at approximately $580 million.
