Alvin Hellerstein, a judge at the New York District Court, emphasized that "no further delays will be allowed."

The media outlet noted, "The lawsuit between Gemini and the regulatory agency has been postponed until after the inauguration of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump," adding, "This may lead to a change in the CFTC's stance towards Gemini and other cryptocurrency companies."
