Investment bank (IB) HC Wainwright has raised the target price of Bitcoin (BTC) to $225,000.
According to CNBC on the 2nd (local time), HC Wainwright announced in an investor memo, "We have changed the target price of Bitcoin from the previous $145,000 to $225,000."
They added, "If the Trump second administration launches, a crypto-friendly environment will be created," and "Due to factors such as the launch of a spot ETF and institutional adoption, Bitcoin could reach the target price."
Meanwhile, Bitcoin is trading at around $96,700 on the Binance Tether (USDT) market, up approximately 1.6% from the previous day.
