Chris Kuiper, the Research Director at Fidelity Digital Assets, predicted that the large-scale adoption of Bitcoin (BTC) will begin in earnest this year.
On the 2nd (local time), Kuiper stated in an interview with CNBC, "Bitcoin is now being utilized across various industries beyond the financial sector. There is an increasing number of cases where companies are incorporating Bitcoin into their financial strategies," he explained.
He described this spread as a "long-term trend that will continue for decades," and noted that "2025 will be the year when the large-scale adoption of Bitcoin truly begins."
Regarding Bitcoin's volatility, he said, "Volatility is closely linked to Bitcoin's core value," and added, "Institutional investors are becoming accustomed to managing volatility. Bitcoin's volatility is also stabilizing to levels similar to major tech stocks."
