According to Blockworks on the 6th (local time), Solana Mobile plans to release the Web3 smartphone 'Seeker' around mid-year. Solana Mobile is the smartphone developer for Solana. Previously, Solana introduced its first Web3 smartphone, 'Saga', in 2023.
The launch price for Seeker is set at approximately $500. According to Solana Mobile, pre-orders have reached about 150,000 units.
Wearable devices linked to Solana will also be released this year. The wearable bracelet from Pulse, set to launch in the first quarter, is a representative example. This bracelet combines blockchain technology with health monitoring technology.
