Global crypto asset manager Bitwise announced on the 16th that "some governments are considering investing in a Bitcoin (BTC) Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF)."
Hunter Horsley, CEO of Bitwise, stated on X that "today, we provided information to a government that inquired about a Bitcoin ETF," adding that "the government is considering converting part of its overseas bond investments into Bitcoin." He further mentioned, "Bitcoin is entering a new phase."
