On the 17th (local time), Dennis Porter, co-founder of the Satoshi Action Fund, announced on X, "The state of Arizona has officially proposed a strategic Bitcoin reserve bill," adding, "Arizona has become the 10th state to propose such a bill."
The bill was proposed by Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers. She has previously proposed a bill to adopt Bitcoin as legal tender.
