On the 20th (local time), Dennis Porter, co-founder of the Satoshi Action Fund, announced on X that "Utah has proposed a strategic Bitcoin reserve bill," stating that it is "the 11th state to propose such a bill." The bill was proposed by Utah State Representative Jordan D. Tushar.
So far, strategic Bitcoin reserve bills have been proposed in 10 states, including Pennsylvania, Texas, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
