On the 3rd, Bybit announced through its official X account that "a token named 'Bybit Dog' is currently in circulation," and clarified that "Bybit has neither issued, approved, nor supported this token." Bybit added, "Bybit Dog has no affiliation with Bybit."
They also hinted at the possibility of legal action. Bybit stated, "We reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized use of our brand and intellectual property (IP)," and warned that "the Bybit Dog token could cause misunderstanding and pose risks to investors."
