According to cryptocurrency media CoinTelegraph on the 13th (local time), Russian securities firm Finam announced plans to launch structured bonds based on BlackRock's Bitcoin (BTC) spot ETF (IBIT).
This will enable qualified Russian investors to invest in Bitcoin spot Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), according to analysis.
Finam's IBIT bonds will be denominated in Russian rubles, with yields calculated based on the Russian bank's dollar exchange rate.
Finam added that "In addition to IBIT bonds, we plan to launch similar products based on Ethereum (ETH) spot ETFs."
