According to Eleanor Terrett, a Fox Business reporter, on the 14th (local time), Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether, stated, "We will comply with whatever regulations come our way."
He emphasized, "We will comply regardless of how the regulations are shaped," adding that "We won't disregard regulations at the expense of Tether's future." He further noted, "However, we will participate in the legislative process to clearly convey our position."
