According to Reuters, Trump told reporters on the 16th (local time), 'There is a possibility of meeting with President Putin in the very near future.' He added, 'We are doing our best to achieve peace,' and 'I believe both President Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy want to stop the war.'
