Ben Zhou, co-founder and CEO of cryptocurrency exchange Bybit, stated on X (formerly Twitter) on the 20th (local time) that "I still think PI Network (PI) is a scam" and declared "we will not list this coin on Bybit."
He mentioned that "Chinese police warned about fraud activities using PI in 2023" and added that "multiple reports questioning the legitimacy of this project have also been published."
He continued, "Bybit has never requested to list PI," explaining that "claims that PI rejected Bybit's listing or that Bybit failed PI's KYB (Know Your Business) audit are completely groundless."
Furthermore, he emphasized that "if the project is legitimate and valid, the project team should stop these baseless attacks, address these reports, and reveal the truth."
