On the 21st, Coinbase Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Brian Armstrong announced through X (formerly Twitter), "After years of litigation, millions in wasted taxpayer dollars, and devastating damage to the nation, we have agreed to completely withdraw the lawsuit with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)."
CEO Armstrong added, "Now all that remains is the SEC Commission's final approval, expected next week. This will result in a complete victory for us without any fines or business modifications."
