According to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) on the 25th (local time), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced that it would discontinue its investigation into Uniswap Labs.
Previously, the SEC had sent a Wells notice (a notification requesting preliminary explanation from potential litigation targets) to Uniswap in April last year.
