According to the Washington Post on the 3rd (local time), U.S. President Donald Trump stated that "25% tariffs on imports from Mexico and Canada will take effect from the 4th (local time)."
President Trump also responded "No" when asked if the mineral agreement with Ukraine had been terminated.
