Previously, the SEC had filed charges against Cumberland DRW in October last year for allegedly operating as an unregistered securities dealer.
At that time, the SEC claimed in its complaint that Polygon Ecosystem Token (POL), Solana (SOL), Cosmos (ATOM), Algorand (ALGO), and Filecoin (FIL) were securities.
