According to CoinTelegraph on the 5th (local time), the Manhattan federal court has postponed Do Kwon's hearing, originally scheduled for March 6th (local time), to April 10th (local time). Previously, the prosecution had requested a postponement of the hearing, stating that they would "present an additional 4 terabytes (TB) of evidence to the defendant."

Meanwhile, Do Kwon's trial is scheduled to take place on January 26th (local time) next year. The court ordered the defense to submit pre-trial motions by July 1st and responses to these by August 11th.
