David Sacks, the White House Crypto Czar, clarified that U.S. President Donald Trump's mention of Cardano (ADA), Solana (SOL), and XRP as strategic reserve assets is not related to government preference.

On the 7th (local time), Crypto Czar Sacks told Bloomberg Technology in an interview, "President Trump simply mentioned the top five cryptocurrencies by market capitalization," adding, "It seems too much meaning is being attributed to these remarks."

He continued, "The government is reviewing strategies such as lending or staking cryptocurrencies," adding, "This process will be conducted under the supervision of the U.S. Treasury."
