According to Blockworks, a cryptocurrency-focused media outlet, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) officially confirmed on the 11th (local time) that it has received the S-1 application for an XRP exchange-traded fund (ETF) submitted by Franklin Templeton.
