According to cryptocurrency media Coindesk on the 13th (local time), the Ethereum (ETH) Foundation announced that it will launch a new Hooli testnet for the Pectra upgrade on March 17th (local time).

Tim Beiko, an Ethereum core developer, explained, "Pectra is scheduled to upgrade the Hooli testnet to a new version of Ethereum on March 26th, through which we plan to evaluate performance and stability."
He added, "If the Hooli testnet operates successfully, we plan to deploy the upgrade after additional testing in about 30 days."
According to the media, if everything proceeds as planned, the Pectra upgrade is expected to be deployed in late April or early May.
