The X (Twitter) accounts of Yu Hu, founder of the AI-based Web3 search platform Kaito, and the official Kaito Network were hacked early yesterday morning.
According to The Block's report on the 16th (local time), Yu Hu, the Kaito founder, stated through his X account, "Hackers waited for Yu Hu's sleeping hours in his residential area to compromise the account and spread unfounded rumors claiming abnormal activities were detected in connected wallets."
He added, "We have now regained control of the SNS accounts, and Kaito wallets remain safe. We are investigating how this hacking incident occurred."
