Cryptocurrency exchange Bybit has reportedly repaid a large amount of Ethereum (ETH) to Binance.
On the 26th (local time), The Data Nerd reported on X that "an estimated Bybit address transferred 22,000 ETH (approximately $45.35 million) to Binance," adding that "the transfer is presumed to be a loan repayment related to the Bybit hacking incident." It further noted, "Last week, the same wallet deposited 22,000 ETH to Binance."
Previously, Bybit had received Ethereum loan support from various industry stakeholders after being hacked for 500,000 ETH.
