According to the virtual asset (cryptocurrency) specialized media WuBlockchain on the 3rd (local time), the National Investment Agency under the President of Kyrgyzstan signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Changpeng Zhao, co-founder of Binance.

This cooperation includes infrastructure construction, technical support, professional consulting, and educational programs in the field of blockchain and digital assets.

The President of Kyrgyzstan stated in a statement, "Based on this agreement, Kyrgyzstan plans to actively enter the blockchain industry."
