Kang Joon-hyun, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea, stated on the 15th that "a message related to (virtual assets) will be released soon."
On this day, at the 'National Assembly Forum for the Establishment of the Digital Asset Basic Act' held at the National Assembly Members' Office Building in Seoul, Kang attended and said, "In preparation for the early presidential election, in-depth discussions on digital assets are ongoing within the party," adding, "The 2030 generation considers (virtual assets) as a ladder of hope in the process of asset formation," and "We are planning to create a manual related to the Digital Asset Basic Act as soon as possible."
Kang cited virtual assets as one of the Democratic Party's major presidential election pledges. Kang said, "There are three main points in the policy, and virtual assets are one of them," and "I think the Digital Asset Basic Act should be institutionalized quickly." He added, "The party will approach (virtual asset policy) with a sincere heart and in-depth."
