The court has dismissed the 'Bithumb delisting injunction request' filed by the Zebec Network (ZBCN) foundation.
According to industry sources on the 22nd (local time), the court dismissed Zebec's 'Bithumb delisting injunction request'. As a result, Zebec is scheduled to be delisted from Bithumb at 3 PM on the 23rd as originally planned.
Previously, on the 1st, the Zebec foundation applied for an injunction to suspend the delisting from Bithumb at the Seoul Central District Court. They claimed that despite providing sufficient explanation, the exchange did not fully accept it.

The price of Zebec also plummeted. It is interpreted that the volume that was expecting the injunction to be granted is being released into the market a day before the delisting. As of 6:15 PM, Zebec is trading at 1.192 KRW on the Bithumb KRW market, down 14.31% from the previous day.
