According to NBC on the 24th (local time), U.S. President Donald Trump stated in a press conference following a meeting with the Norwegian Prime Minister that "an agreement on the Russia-Ukraine war is very close," adding that "it seems difficult for Ukraine to reclaim the Crimean Peninsula."
