According to Cointelegraph on the 1st (local time), Galaxy Digital plans to discuss the Nasdaq listing agenda at the shareholders' meeting scheduled for the 9th. If approved by the shareholders' meeting, Galaxy Digital plans to pursue a Nasdaq listing on the 16th of this month. Galaxy Digital is currently listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) in Canada.
If Galaxy Digital succeeds in listing on Nasdaq, the ticker will be 'GLXY'. Galaxy Digital recently relocated its headquarters from the Cayman Islands, known as a tax haven, to Delaware, USA, and submitted listing application documents (S-4) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
