The second trial for the perjury inducement case involving Lee Jae-myung, the presidential candidate of the Democratic Party of Korea, has been postponed, following the postponement of the Public Official Election Act case and the Daejang-dong case.

The Seoul High Court's Criminal Division 3 (Presiding Judge Lee Seung-han) announced on the 12th, "As the defendant registered as a presidential candidate last weekend, the trial date for the perjury inducement case has been changed to be rescheduled."

Previously, the courts handling the Public Official Election Act case and the Daejang-dong case postponed the scheduled dates for this month to after the presidential election at the request of the candidate on the 7th.
