According to The Block, a cryptocurrency-focused media outlet, on the 13th (local time), the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has delayed the final decision on whether to allow spot redemption for BlackRock's Bitcoin (BTC) Spot ETF (IBIT).
Previously, when the Bitcoin Spot ETF was approved in January last year, the SEC had allowed cash redemption.
