The decentralized derivatives exchange Hyperliquid announced that it has submitted a regulatory opinion letter at the request of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). According to the cryptocurrency-focused media outlet Cryptopolitan on the 23rd, Hyperliquid recently received an official request from the CFTC for information on on-chain derivatives operations and submitted written materials twice. Through this submission, both parties exchanged views on the regulatory requirements and structural stability of on-chain derivatives, and Hyperliquid stated that it intends to use this as an opportunity to enter the US institutional market.

The media reported, "Hyperliquid explained the core structure of the platform, including 24-hour trading structure, collateral management, and automatic liquidation system to the CFTC, emphasizing that it meets the technical and institutional requirements needed to enter the US market."

At the same time, the native token HYPE has continued its upward trend over the past few days, surpassing $35.10 and setting a new all-time high. On this day, based on CoinMarketCap, the price of HYPE is trading at $34.94, up 11.73% from the previous day.
