A French court has banned Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, from leaving the country.

According to Cryptopolitan on the 25th (local time), the French court prohibited Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, from leaving for Norway to attend the Oslo Freedom Forum. As a result, Durov is expected to deliver his keynote speech via online live streaming.
