US-listed Reitar Logtech to purchase up to $1.5 billion worth of Bitcoin

Reitar Logtech Holdings (Reitar Logtech Holdings), a NASDAQ-listed company, has announced a plan to acquire up to $1.5 billion in Bitcoin (BTC).

According to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) website on the 2nd (local time), Reitar Logtech Holdings disclosed through filings its plan to purchase Bitcoin worth up to $1.5 billion. Through this, the company aims to strengthen its financial stability and expand its presence in the logistics technology market.

John Chan, CEO of Reitar Logtech Holdings, said, "This decision reflects our commitment to maintaining a solid financial foundation and expanding our global logistics platform," adding, "Through this, we will drive digital innovation in the supply chain industry and further strengthen our corporate finances."
