On the day of the 21st presidential election, a total of 54 election-related 112 calls were received regarding polling stations as of noon on the 3rd.

According to the police, at around 9:22 a.m. that day at a polling station in Seocho-gu, a 56-year-old woman reported to the police that she had "discovered that the election officials had detached the serial numbers at the bottom of the ballot papers and had also pre-stamped them in advance."

Upon checking by the National Election Commission staff and observers, it was confirmed that the ballots had indeed been pre-stamped in anticipation of a rush of voters.

At around 11:12 a.m., a woman in her 60s who had already cast an early vote visited the polling station at Suyu Elementary School in Gangbuk-gu, insisting, "I want to check if my name has been deleted from the voter list," and caused a commotion.

The woman left the scene before the police arrived, and the police explained that they would investigate if the National Election Commission later files a complaint against her.
