In an interview with NBC News on the 7th (local time), President Trump said, "If (CEO Musk) supports the Democratic Party, he will have to face the consequences," summarizing his stance. President Trump stated, "I gave Musk a lot of opportunities long before all of this happened," and added, "I have no intention of talking to him."
When asked whether he thinks his relationship with CEO Musk is over, President Trump responded, "I think so." President Trump also remarked, "(CEO Musk) was rude in the White House," and "You cannot ignore the position of the President."
