Global virtual asset (cryptocurrency) exchange Kucoin announced on the 13th that it has launched KuCoin Thailand, a licensed virtual asset exchange operating under the supervision of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand (SEC).
KuCoin Thailand, based on Kucoin’s technology, aims to meet the needs and preferences of Thai users, while focusing on robust security, intuitive design, and a localized user experience to set the standard for digital asset trading in Southeast Asia.
Johnny Lyu, CEO of Kucoin, emphasized, “From being the first global exchange registered with the Financial Intelligence Unit - India to launching the first locally compliant platform in Thailand, this is an important step to strengthen our presence in the rapidly growing Southeast Asian market.”
