According to GlobeNewswire on the 13th (local time), SharpLink Gaming stated, "We have purchased ETH worth a total of $462,947,816," adding, "The average purchase price per ETH, including fees, was $2,626, and over 95% of our total holdings are currently stored through staking and liquid staking methods."
Rob Phythian, CEO of SharpLink, commented, "Ethereum is a core infrastructure for future digital commerce and decentralized applications," adding, "Selecting ETH as the company's central treasury reserve asset reflects this conviction."
Previously, SharpLink Gaming announced its intention to strategically accumulate Ethereum.
