The company went on to explain, "The funds raised will be used to purchase Bitcoin and digital assets (cryptocurrencies)," adding, "Up to two-thirds of liquid assets are expected to be invested in Bitcoin and stablecoins."

Meanwhile, TAO Alpah PLC has established a subsidiary, 'Tao Alpha PTE', for the purpose of holding digital assets.
