Swedish cryptocurrency broker K33, which recently announced its Bitcoin (BTC) financial strategy, has unveiled a rights issue valued at 85 million Krona (approximately $8.88 million).
On the 18th (local time), K33 announced in a press release, "We are implementing a private placement rights issue totaling 85 million Krona to acquire 1,000 Bitcoins," and added, "All of the funds raised will be used to purchase Bitcoin."
Previously, on the 3rd (local time), K33 started building its Bitcoin reserves by acquiring 10 BTC.
