According to GlobeNewswire on the 24th (local time), ProCap BTC announced in a press release, "We purchased 3,274 Bitcoins at $103,785 each," adding, "The company now holds 3,274 Bitcoins." It further stated, "We plan to continue purchasing Bitcoins going forward," and, "Once the business combination is complete, the company could hold up to $1 billion worth of Bitcoin."
Meanwhile, ProCap BTC is preparing for a merger with Nasdaq-listed Columbus Circle Capital.
