According to Walter Bloomberg on the 25th (local time), President Trump stated, "The clash between Israel and Iran could start again," and, "It could happen soon." He continued, "I plan to talk to Iran next week," adding, "I will demand a ban on nuclear weapons."
He also expressed the position that Iran's nuclear facilities had been completely destroyed. Trump said, "I don’t believe that nuclear materials were moved (in advance)," and, "According to intelligence gathered after the airstrike, the area was completely destroyed." He added, "Iran has excellent oil resources and is a country with significant advantages," and, "I think they will not spark nuclear issues again."
Previously, some media outlets such as CNN cited the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) report and sources familiar with the matter to raise doubts that the U.S. airstrike had not completely destroyed Iran’s nuclear facilities and enriched uranium.
