In the United States, four North Korean nationals have been indicted on charges of stealing virtual assets (cryptocurrency).

According to The Block on the 1st (local time), the United States Department of Justice stated, "We detected that four North Korean suspects stole virtual assets worth approximately $900,000 from a US company and then conducted money laundering," adding, "We have seized 29 financial accounts used for illegal money laundering."

It is known that they laundered the stolen funds using Tornado Cash and then transferred the assets to an exchange in Malaysia.

Meanwhile, the North Korean suspects indicted in the State of Georgia are currently at large. They are currently wanted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
