According to The Block on the 2nd (local time), Figma plans to pursue a listing through an initial public offering (IPO) by submitting an S-1 filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and revealed that it holds a $70 million Bitwise Bitcoin ETF.
The filing shows that while Figma has not yet purchased spot Bitcoin, it holds $30 million worth of USDC acquired for the purpose of buying Bitcoin, and it plans to make the purchase soon.
