U.S. President Donald Trump has revealed details about the trade agreement between the United States and Vietnam.

On the 2nd (local time), President Trump announced on Truth Social, "I am very honored to announce the signing of a trade agreement with Vietnam," adding, "Vietnam has granted the United States 'full market access.'" As a result, U.S. products are expected to be exported to Vietnam without tariffs.

He further added, "SUVs and large vehicles are product groups that are performing very well in the United States and will also be excellent products for Vietnam."

On the other hand, all Vietnamese products exported to the United States will be subject to a 20% tariff. In cases where a third country is involved, a 40% tariff will be imposed.
