Upbit NFT, a non-fungible token (NFT) trading platform, announced on the 3rd that it will host ‘Collector’s Weekend’ starting from the 4th, featuring physical-linked NFTs of works by masters of modern art over four weeks, with auctions held every Friday for about a month.

At this Collector’s event, visitors can view works by world-renowned artists such as Yoshitomo Nara, Salvador Dalí, and Yayoi Kusama. The auctioned items include: ▲On the 4th, Yoshitomo Nara's 'Slash with a Knife' ▲On the 11th, Salvador Dalí's 'Roi de Coupe' ▲On the 18th, Yayoi Kusama's 'Black Pumpkin' ▲On the 25th, Yoshitomo Nara's 'Good-Bye Jap's—r!', and so on.

Earlier this year, Upbit NFT conducted physical-linked Drops of works by leading Korean modern masters such as Lee Jung-seop, Kim Whanki, and Lee Ufan through Collector's Weekend.

For this Collector's Weekend, the English auction method will be used, in which the highest bid at the close determines the final winning price. Payment is made with Tether (USDT).

An Upbit NFT representative said, "This Collector’s Weekend is an experimental attempt to connect classic and contemporary art to the digital generation through NFTs," adding, "We will continue to bring diversity and popularization to the art market by integrating NFT technology with physical assets."
