According to CoinDesk on the 3rd (local time), global investment bank (IB) JPMorgan stated in a report that "the stablecoin market will grow to $500 billion by 2028." JPMorgan mentioned that "forecasts that the currently $250 billion stablecoin market will reach $1–2 trillion in the next few years are overly optimistic."
JPMorgan's projection differs greatly from the outlook of global investment bank (IB) Standard Chartered (SC). In a report published this April, Standard Chartered predicted that the stablecoin market could grow to $2 trillion by 2028.
