He said, “The Ethereum Foundation has been operated in an overly decentralized and disorderly manner until now,” and emphasized, “There are many voices within the ecosystem pointing out these issues. We must bring Ethereum back to its original goals and vision before it's too late.”

He continued, “A more centralized structure is needed so that important decisions can be made quickly,” and added, “Institutional investors also want a clear ‘face’ representing Ethereum. For this, organizational and business changes in the Foundation are essential.”
